The aim of the contract is to provide advice primarily in the following three service stages:

1st project stage – preparation and drafting of funding applications

2nd project stage – tender support

3rd project stage – expansion support and evaluation

In the first stage of the project, over 50 funding applications were prepared and completed for all commercial areas in the city of Bielefeld. During the preparation phase, each area was planned using MRK’s own PlaNet software and the investment costs were also calculated using current profitability tables.

MRK Media AG is already in contact with the city of Bielefeld for the next steps of the funding applications.
